Shipping Time

Our estimated shipping times are:

  • International countries: 10–14 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Certain factors affecting shipping are beyond our control, including:

  • Delays or errors by the shipping company
  • Customs inspections and clearance procedures

Although these circumstances are outside our control, Norvexa will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed using the latest available shipping and tracking information.

Taxes and Duties

Placing an order with us does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. For information regarding applicable charges, please contact the customs authority in your country.

Important: Velnora cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country. The release and processing time of your package is determined solely by the relevant customs authorities and is outside our control.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order after payment has been completed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@norvexa.store.

We will make every reasonable effort to assist you. However, because orders may be forwarded to our warehouse shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be successful.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the order and initiate a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
